Ok, I have done two different digital scrapbooking projects here. I used only one kit. The kit is "Party Monsters" by the fabulous, Touched By A Butterfly!!!!! Here is another Treat bag topper I made for my son's Halloween party. I printed them out on card stock, fold them on the line in the middle, put candy in a ziplock baggy and then staple this on top of the baggy. They make cute Halloween treat bags!
